I received my order with the wrong / incorrect or missing product?
If you receive an order with a missing product or wrong product please create a support ticket, you can create a ticket in webshop top right corner(see pictures attached)
after you submit the ticket, please be careful to choose the right category (see picture2) and send us also picture from your order and attache file to the ticket
and our support team will solve problem ASAP
