I cannot access / login to the webshop. My starter pack has not yet arrived.

Unless you have gone through the whole onboarding process you will not have access to the shop.

You will need to make sure that you have gone through Step 3 (Therapist Agreement) and Step 4.

Once these are completed you will receive your FREE ACP1 discs / devices package.
