The ANF Devices normally speaking stick very well to the skin.

We however advice to :

1. Apply them on the clean, dry skin
2. In case of oily skin remove ( can be with the use of antibacterial wet wipes tissue ) any sebum from the skin
3. If we talk about extreme perspiration you can try either pre tape spray or Kinesio tape to keep them in place.

The ANF devices are charged for 72h.

If you use for example MF2- Mental Focus for a few hours only, the remaining charge is still in the device and you can re-use it. 

Once applied to the skin they last up to 72h. ( depend on patient hydration, and for example sun exposure.).

Some of the clients experience the effect beyond this time but that is why is a bit of an individual.
